The project involves demolishing a lean-to extension, fully opening up and remodelling the ground floor at the rear, and creating a raised terrace for easy access to the garden.

With reclaimed bricks, oriel window and Crittall style patio doors. The intention is to seamlessly integrate old and new elements.
